About Prince Carl
Prince Carl is a five year old Chihuahua mix. He was given up by his owner as she could no longer afford him.
Prince is very attached to his foster mom and loves her very much. So, when at the adoption shows, he doesn't do well if he can see his foster mom. All he wants is to be with his foster mom. The good news is that he developed this attachment to her which means his forever mom will enjoy that same bond once he has time to adjust and attach to her.
Prince is small and would do best with teenagers or older. He will make someone a wonderful companion. He does well with the other dogs at the show and anyone that handles him as long as he can't see his mom. He is house trained, up to date with shots and ready to find his forever home. Could that be you? Will you give him the love, attention and time he needs to get to know you, learn to trust you, and fall in love with him?
Don't be fooled by his small size. He does need exercise. If you are interested in Prince Carl, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out an on-line application. You won't regret it. He is usually at the Bloomingdale PetSmart on Saturdays by noon until 3 pm at our adoption show.
